burger lounge coming to kensington
burger lounge is moving into the newly-closed just fabulous on adams avenue. while we'll miss the decadent desserts and fun design of just fab, a burger joint sounds pretty sweet for the 'hood. no info on this place yet but if it's anything like some of the hip burger places that have opened in LA, it should be a welcome addition to a recently subdued adams ave; the closing of green tomato restaurant and the evening closing of san diego coffee at kensington (due to a mass staff departure) have chilled the vibe a bit.

I am local to SD and happen to know the owners of Burger Lounge - and judging by their existing restaurant, Kensington is in for a real treat. ;)
cool! we are huge burger fans and can't wait for this place to open. just what the 'hood needed.
Hopefully the burgers are MUCH better than the website. C'mon guys, if you're gonna post advertisements (windows of Adams location) where the main line is a URL then it should have something more than "coming soon"! How 'bout a menu!!??

This place just opened in La Jolla. The people in Kensington will be thrilled when Burger Lounge opens there. There's nothing quite like it around San Diego & the food it fantatastic. If you are in La Jolla try it out.
yes i saw the writeup on it in savoir-faire in the ut. grass-fed beef sounds good to me. and the yelp reviews look good
